DJKI Gets "Good" Score and Towards World Class IP Office in Serving the Community
The Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights received good marks in the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) and has received ISO 37001 Certification for managing potential risks of bribery and corruption. This was conveyed at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Performance Evaluation Meeting Seminar on Monday, 28 November 2022 in Jakarta.
"The Directorate General of Intellectual Property prioritizes excellent and transparent public service procedures. Of all services, more than 75% is obtained from the Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey for each Intellectual Property service. The results of the NPS assessment show World Class results," said Adek Roza, Director of Katadata Insight Center.
This survey on the level of community satisfaction was obtained from the quantitative and qualitative measurement results of the public's opinion in obtaining services from public service providers.
"The survey results show that it is necessary to increase the NPS in several provinces. In addition, DGIP also needs to maintain the stability of the results of the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPK) service score which has obtained a 'GOOD' score in 2020 to 2022 at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in the regions," continued Adek.
To improve the quality of service quality, DGIP implements ISO 9001 which provides service standardization. Not only that, DJKI has also received ISO 37001 certification to manage potential risks of bribery and corruption.
"DJKI established ISO 9001 and ISO 37001 as superior programs in implementing services and are indicators in building organizational governance," said CEO of BSC Consulting, Wahyudin Lihawa as DJKI's partner in building quality Human Resources.
On this occasion, the Acting Director General of Intellectual Property (Plt. Director General of IP) Razilu expressed his appreciation for the collaboration with Katadata and BSC Consulting. Razilu believes that the survey and improvement of human resources that DJKI continues to carry out will create a World Class IP Office.
"God willing, in 2023 DJKI will become a world-class office capable of providing the best service for its stakeholders. I hope for the cooperation and efforts of each party to make this happen," he concluded.
